Cindy Ricot is passionate about making sure that representation takes place in her classroom. In her Diversity in Literature course, she looks at literature through a unique lens, focusing each quarter on the experiences of different people and how those experiences are portrayed in literature, such as Hispanic, African, Middle Eastern, and East Asian literature.
